community groups
living life together...that may be the easiest way to sum up what our community groups are all about. we believe that God uses our relationships with each other to grow and form us in ways we cannot see or understand. we strive to make our groups places where each person can grow in their faith, receive encouragement and hope, and know that they are loved and cared for. by meeting together each week, we are able to invest in each other as God continues to form us into a community of faith, hope, and love.
::our fall schedule ::
we have added a new element to our community group rotation. in order to expand the platform for discipleship and accountability relationships to naturally develop, one night per month our groups will joined together guys in one, girls in the other to have a night of Bible study and discussion. our groups will alternate between group Bible study, fellowship nights, and guys’/girls’ nights. because it's been a huge success we are going to continue with this rotation in the fall. the basic schedule is:
- week 1 – group Bible study
- week 2 – fellowship night
- week 3 – group Bible study
- week 4 – guys’/ girls’ Bible study & discussion

this community group just for kids (k-5th grade) meets on the 2nd and 4th sundays of every month at 5:00 p.m at the BCM at LSU. for more information, check out the kids ministry.
