this is an age old question.... literally, it is an age old question. many of our parents struggle to know what to tell their kids to call josh. after all, he is their pastor and an adult, but then again, it's josh.

most people just call him josh, but he will pretty much answer to anything!

"the e's" is simply a nickname for the elders. there's really no reason why we refer to them as "the e's"... once upon a time, someone did it, and then everyone else just kept doing it... that's the best explanation we have.
